Terminations must be submitted to the secretariat before 31 August prior to the academic year if a member no longer wishes to be one. The membership and the obligation to pay the membership fee will expire on the following 31 August after the form has been received by the secretary. Members who signed up for the half yearly-membership have to terminate their membership before 1 February. If not, the membership automatically becomes a regular yearly membership, in accordance with Article 25.3 Internal Regulations. Use the document bellow to terminate membership.
